What fun I had on Saturday. I am a tourist for a day that day. From Bugis Street to Esplanade to ViVo City. I had much fun. Oh yes, I did say that I felt like I was a tourist for a day. That one hour ride in bus 166 makes this a fact. You see as the people in the bus was sleeping,I being the exploring type went to look out the window and see many places that I thought never existed in Singapore. For example, Eu Tong Sen Street and Merchant Street. This are the places that I never visited before and as I sit in the bus, there's the sign that indicates it. WIth some background music from my iPod, I am loving it. Just imagine. I shall go out often nowadays. It has been so long sing I've to Clark Quay and as I stare out the window,I say it with the bungee jumping and the beautiful river and all. I was in awed. Seriously I was.
That was just the sight seeing. You have not seen the things that I have my eye on when i went to Bugis street. For example this BHG bag that cost about $30 in red. It was so cute. I just got to have it. But I said to myself,to bad I am not working anymore or else I will be owning that bag. And the things on Bugis Street like Skinny Jeans, that cute black top and that really cool white watch. Everything is affordable. I just got to have my hands on that. Maybe next time. I am outta cash.
In Esplanade, there is this Dragon Boat thingy at the sea. I see them paddling but non of them are moving. It kinda ridiculous. But it was so funny. Imagine you row and row and row effortlessly but you are not even moving. I swear when I saw them moving and inch, I was getting excited but it was a disappointment as the only move a bit. So we get fed up,me and those aunties took the bus and went to ViVo.
At ViVo,the kids get wet by playing with fountain that shoots out the ground. The most wet was my sister Ira. Trust me her whole shirt was damp. I laughed at how silly she was. Seriously. Then we toured around the mall. Took some pictures and walk walk. As i was wearing heels,my legs were cramping from all the walking.
Then headed to Waitress house to check out the renovations. They had tiles. Not too shabby. Still need a lot of work though. Then headed to Botox house. By the way Botox isn't with us for the whole trip. She had school but once I see her, I went "B!!!" It has been long since i see her.
That's all for now.
